process and it can be done. PROGRAMMING YOUR MIND.

Healing any wounds, conscious of subconscious, that block men from living at the peak and
ready to conquer each day.

Every day, they tell us we have about 70,000-80,000 thoughts. And 80% of those thoughts are negative.

If you don’t take the time to be conscious of those thoughts, you’ll continue to have them, unconsciously, and they’ll keep you from moving on.

Let go.

Let go of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that hold you back.

Feel them.

Feel the regret, the guilt, the shame…

And when you do, you’ll realize that they weren’t as bad as your mind made them out to be.

The key to emotional fitness is to feel the pain that you’ve been deflecting. After you feel them you can choose to let them go and not think about them again.

Use those negative emotions as fuel for your goals!
